Questions

How is career guidance different from coaching, recruitment or a career test?

A recruiter fills a company's vacancy. A coach helps with goals and motivation but usually does not recommend a profession. A test gives hints, not answers. Anna works out which profession, role, format or niche suits you and why, and helps you get there calmly. She does not place candidates or arrange visas.

How long does it take?

Individual career orientation is usually completed within about a week. Career transition guidance runs over about two months.

Can one meeting tell me what to do?

Sometimes one consultation is enough to make a pending decision. For a full career orientation Anna uses one or two meetings, so that you also get a written document with conclusions, which she prepares between the sessions.

I am over 35, 40 or 50. Is it too late to change profession?

No. By then you have experience, skills and resources. The work is to gather them and use them in the right place.

What if I have no idea what I want?

That is a common starting point. You move step by step, from values and interests to possible professions and ways of working.

What if I am afraid of choosing wrong again?

You test ideas together and keep several options, which lowers the risk of ending up in the wrong place.

I don't have a degree or the 'right' background. Can I still come?

Yes. What matters is which strengths, interests and values you can build on.

I'm exhausted and don't want anything. Where do I start?

Start by recovering some energy, then look for a direction. Big decisions made while exhausted are rarely the right ones. If exhaustion feels like a health matter, please speak to a medical professional first.
