Who provides the service

The service

Career coaching and career guidance for adults aged 18 and over, online and in person in Dubai by arrangement. Coaching is a non-clinical service. It is not psychotherapy, psychological or medical diagnosis or treatment, and it is not recruitment, job placement, visa, legal or financial advice. If a conversation shows that someone needs medical or psychological care, Anna recommends contacting a licensed professional.

Your part and the results

Sessions and reports contain observations and recommendations. Decisions and their consequences remain yours. No outcome, job, income or university admission is guaranteed.

Booking

A session or package is booked once Anna confirms it in writing, by email or messenger, with the date, format and fee. Enquiries through this site are requests, not bookings.

Fees and payment

Fees are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are stated in the confirmation. Payment is due before the session unless agreed otherwise. Packages are paid in full before the first session.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session. Sessions cancelled later, or missed, count as held. If Anna has to cancel, she offers a new date, and if none suits you, the fee for that session is refunded.

Sessions in a package can be used within 6 months of the first session, unless agreed otherwise.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions stays confidential. Exceptions apply only where UAE law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety. Sessions are not recorded without your consent.

Adults only

The services are offered only to adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The tools on this site

The Career Compass, Decision Lab and 90-day roadmap are self-reflection and planning aids. They run in your browser, follow simple rules you can see, and do not measure personality, aptitude or mental health.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
